Complete the following steps to obtain your rebate:

2. Sign Transaction Agreement

Florida State Law requires that this Agreement between Buyer and Broker be in place.

3. Print out Rebate Certificate and complete.
When you visit a new home development just print out this Rebate Certificate and take with you. In most cases the Builder will honor the certificate. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact us and will contact the Builder.

4. Search for Home
Use our search capability to help you locate a home.

5. Receive Rebate - please complete all of the following:
a. Complete Rebate Certificate
b. Take Rebate Certificate to Builder on FIRST visit
c. Get a copy of the Builder's Registration Form.
d. Inform 1st Realty Network of Intent to Purchase.
