| SellersPLUS Option 1: | ||
| All the services provided with SellersPLUS would traditionally cost you thousands of dollars depending on the value of your home. However, 1st Realty Network, Inc. will provide these services at the amazingly low price of $500 plus fees to selling agent / listing agent.
You set the commission paid to the agent that secures your buyer; we recommend anywhere between 2.0%–3.5%. In addition there is a $150 administration fee required to close out the transaction. The administration fee is collected at closing. |

| No Up Front Fees with a competitive commission structure that works for you. We will list your house for 3.5%. You complete all the paperwork. We handle the rest. No need to worry... we make it easy for you with professionals that make it happen. |

| You find the Buyer and we will draw up all the necessary contracts and disclosures for a flat fee. In order to transact smoothly, we must run closing through our affiliate, 1st Title Network, Inc. |
